AIR END FS-Curtis air-ends are manufactured to ISO-9001 standards. The R/S profile with its high precision finish offers you the shortest possible sealing line to minimize internal losses. Along with low running speeds, our design gives you maximum CFM output per brake horsepower. Zero wear FS-Curtis rotors run in an oil bath and have no metal to metal contact. Large oversize diameter bearings give you more than twice the needed thrust loading for extended air-end life. Low Power Consumption For proven maximum energy savings, FS-Curtis offers as standard on-line and off-line control with modulation. During load cycle compressor capacity automatically adjusts to system demand. When system demand drops, sump system automatically blows down to a low idle pressure and maintains extremely low unloaded horsepower. For additional energy saving, unloaded timed shutdown is optional. Lead-lag / Sequence Control is also available.  |
