eCOOL® Technology starts at our cleanable inlet filtration panels that pre-clean the incoming air stream. Benefit with lower operating costs, greater compressor reliability and higher air quality.
AIR INTAKE FILTER
3 micron absolute, not 5 or 10. This is your first line of defense featuring heavy-duty construction with integral dirt purge at shutdown. Strategic air inlet port positioning receives the coolest air as it enters the cabinet to ensure superior volumetric efficiency.
OIL FILTER
33% more efficient than most competitors. Features spin-on connectivity and deep pleating for long life and fast, easy replacement.
AIR/OIL SEPARATOR
33% more efficient than most competitors. Deep pleated construction and inside-to-outside flow paths provide excellent oil coalescence to result in low 1-3 ppm w/w oil carryover and low pressure drop – before the aftercooler. Save with lower make-up oil costs and enjoy better quality compressed air.

HARNESSING GRAVITY
Rather than a fixed belt tensioning device, SE Series features a hinged drive motor platform engineered to harness gravity and direction of rotation to ensure optimal belt tension under all operating conditions. An EPAct rated TEFC motor is positioned to provide variable belt tension which compensates for the forces that change a) at start-up, b) while running loaded, and c) while running unloaded.
Wye-Delta soft-starting limits inrush current and eliminates peak bearing loads to provide longer life to the motor and air end shaft bearings.
eNVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS DESIGN
Inlet and discharge valve assemblies integrate multiple functions which reduces connections by up to 90%. Braided stainless steel hose assemblies feature hydraulic fittings and bonded o-ring seals for reusable service and long life. Even the spin-on type air/oil separator is direct-flanged and oriented for fast, clean and easy no-mess replacement.
SE SERIES integrates everything into a clean attractive powder coated cabinet. Contaminant-proof laminated nylon insulation is engineered to eliminate noise pollution. FROST PROTECTION MADE EASY
Every SE Series air compressor includes Easy-Start™ Frost Protection to simplify installation in ambient conditions that may dip below freezing. Sensors monitor lubricant temperature. The compressor will automatically start near the frost point. After the system warms up, the compressor shuts down until the temperature drops and it needs to restart. Rather than pay to build a dedicated building and then outfit it with space heaters, Easy-Start costs just pennies more to operate than a space heater while providing frost protection against ambients as low as +14°F. Saving money on installation costs has never been so easy.
Note: Heat trace tape is required to protect condensed water in moisture separators and drains from freezing.
