Cuts wire reinforced hydraulic hose clean and fast
Available in 4 sized for cutting single & double wire braid and 4 or 6 spiral wire reinforced hose 3/16" to 2" ID. Each model is equipped with these standard features:

Engineered reliability

• Rugged heavy-duty base mount design.
• Powerful, industrial duty NEMA rated electric motor available in single or three phase power.
• 12 Volt DC motor also available on our #8 machine Precision ground and hardened M2 steel blades.

Easy to operate

• Fixed position cutting blade is mounted in blade guard for operator protection.
• Additional spring loaded inner blade guard is also included for added protection.
• Cutting table comes with adjustable hose pins allowing hose to be pre-bent for less friction when cutting.
• Easy to grip handle pushes radius positioned hose into blade for fast, clean cuts.

Available with scalloped or bevel edge blade

• Bevel blades designed to cut single wire braid hose.
• Scalloped blades designed to cut single wire braid, multi-wire braid and 4 or 6 wire reinforced hose.
• Scalloped blades are reversible for extended life.
• Both blade designs can be re-sharpened many times.
• Optional coolant spray system for reduced heat when cutting is available on our 3HP #9 and #3 machines.

Easy to use skiver comes standard on #3 machine

• Cuts and Skives up to nine standard multi-braid and 4 or 6 wire reinforced hose in one convenient package.
• With our universal mandrel the skive length and depth can be varied simply by turning an adjusting screw.
